Help Topic: Finding Members

You may display some or all of the members of your organisation by selecting the Members|View Members menu item from the menu of the left of the screen. You may also select members from the initial Main Menu screen, which you can also get to by pressing the 'Main Menu' item on the top menu.

You may select members by some or all of their last name, by group (including or not subgroup members), by label and can choose to include members whose membership has lapsed - or any combination of these items. The system will remember these choices during your session until you start a new search.

A paged display of members will be produced - you may change the page size if you wish. From this display, you may view, print or edit a members details (see Adding or editing a member, or specify one of a number of actions from the available list. These actions will be performed on the members that you select, or on all members if you press the 'Select all Members' button.

In addition, an advanced search facility is available. See Advanced Search for more details. Alternatively, you or another member of your organisation may have saved an Advanced Search. These will be available under the Saved Searches menu item on the menu of the left of the screen. For more details of Saved Searches see Saved Searches

Selecting Members

You may select members from any of the pages displayed as a result of your searches by checking the select box next to their name. There are 'Select All' and 'Clear selection' buttons to help in your selection. Once you have selected these members, you can perform actions of that set of members by selecting an appropriate action from the dropdown box and clicking the 'Do Action' button.

You can also view a members details (see Viewing Member's Details) by clicking on a particular member's name.
