You may keep documentary notes for any purpose that you wish for your members.
To view or maintain the notes, select the notes tab from the Member Details page for that member (Viewing Member's Details). You may add new notes, and edit or delete exiting notes.
Simply edit the title and the text associated with the note, and save it.
At present, there is no facility for searching for members with particular note titles or contents.
Notes are visible to all users who can view a particular member.
Organisation Notes
Organisation administrators may also maintain notes for their overall organisation, which can be viewed or maintained by all your organisation administrators. They can be accessed by selecting 'View Organisation Notes' from the 'Organisation Settings' page (Menu item Organisation Admin|Organisation Settings).
