We have made available a free basic account for our customers who do not need more processing. However, this account has certain limits, which we describe here.
The basic account is limited to a maximum of 20 members (including the administrator who sets it up). You can, of course, upgrade to licence for more members and this also gives you additional benefits.
The basic account is also limited in the amount of email that can be sent. The system will deliver up to 10 messages each hour for an organisation using the basic account. Messages beyond this limit will be queued in our servers until the next available processing slot for your organisation. When you obtain a licence for more members, you can easily update this number (from Organisation Administration|Organisation Settings).
The basic account is also limited to a single saved search. Organisations with licences for members beyond the basic number can saved an unlimited number of searches.
