How can other people in my organisation make use of our data?

Administering and communicating with your members is made much easier if it is a shared task, especially as organisations grow larger.

To help with this, organisations can nominate several people both administrators of their data and as users of their data. You can restrict the data which users can view or edit, if you wish, giving you fine control over how that data is used.
