Each user of the system is identified with an organisation in our database and can only administer the data for that organisation. Certain parts of our database, which we consider particularly sensitive, are held in encrypted form.

Our physical servers and firewalls are managed by Amazon, a provider of high availability and high security server infrastructure.

While the service levels on Amazon are very high, there are times when any server infrastructure can fail. to minimise any disruption in case of system failure, we keep regular backups of your data. The Amazon architecture allows rapid restoration of our backups.
