You can remove a member from the system in one of two ways.
Firstly by selecting one or more members from the View Members screen (see Finding Members). Then select the 'Delete Members' option from the action dropdown box and select the 'Do Action' button.
Alternatively, while viewing and individual members screen, while viewing the Contacts tab (see Viewing Member's Details), select the 'Delete Members' option form the action dropdown box and press the 'Perform Action' button to delete the single member.
Both actions will take you to a confirmation screen, where you should check the correct members are selected before pressing the confirmation button to delete them.
Warning: Note that deleting a member is irrevocable. Once you delete a member, all their details, history within the system and awards, etc are deleted. Members-Systems is unable to retrieve your data if you accidentally remove the incorrect members. We recommend that you export their details (see Exporting member details) and/or have a good backup (see Backup of your organisation's data) before you delete your former members.
